Summer Pre-Season Hockey

Who can play?

Carmel Summer Hockey is open to any student or prospective student enrolling at Carmel Catholic High School.

When

Off-ice begins first Monday in June and on-ice begins August 5th to prep for the coming season.

Where

On-ice: Glacier Ice Arena

Off-ice: Carmel Catholic High School Fitness Center

On & Off-ice Sessions

On-ice: 3 ice slots per week focused on getting ready for the season.

Off-ice: Daily Monday-Thursday

August Preseason Clinics will focus on skating, shooting, stick handling and passing. Players will experience high reps, high intensity traing to prepare them for tryouts.

Off-Ice Training

Hockey Fitness Training takes place in the collegiate-like, 12,000 square foot Carmel Catholic High School Fitness Center lead by professional Illinois Bone and Joint trainers and designed specifically for hockey strength conditioning.

Training sessions begin immediately following the school year and are open to all Carmel Catholic Hockey players.

HOCKEY FITNESS TRAINING @ CARMEL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL FITNESS CENTER

Hockey Fitness Training in the state of the art Carmel Hockey Fitness Center will be lead by Illinois Bone and Joint trainers and designed specifically for hockey strength conditioning. Training sessions begin June 3rd and are open to all Carmel Catholic Hockey players.
